KMR Delivery Solutions, a leader in customizable warehousing, 3PL, and last-mile delivery services, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join its operations in Winnipeg, MB. The company helps businesses reduce inventory, operations, technology, and transportation costs through efficient shipment consolidation, with a strong customer-first approach guiding its services.

As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, packing, unloading, and inventory control. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a safe and organized working environment while supporting warehouse staff and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations.

• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (minimum 5 years’ experience required), including moving heavy and irregularly shaped pallets.

• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition.

• Maintain inventory records and organize warehouse layout for efficiency.

• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

• Enforce safety standards and compliance with warehouse protocols.

• Use shipping software and inventory management systems, ensuring accurate data entry for tracking inventory and order fulfillment.

• Maintain an organized work environment while adhering to safety standards.

• Perform inspections and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning.

• Assist with training new staff on equipment operation and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of forklift operation experience with valid certification.

• Strong experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse coordination in fast-paced settings.

• Excellent organizational and inventory management skills.

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and software.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.

• Working smartphone with a functional camera required.
