Canadian Delta Coach is a growing Passenger Transportation company seeking Full Time and Part Time Dispatchers . Evenings and weekends are required.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Toronto, ON. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing transportation schedules, ensuring timely and efficient transit, communicating with drivers and clients, resolving any operational issues, and maintaining accurate logs and records. Daily tasks will include dispatching vehicles, monitoring routes, handling customer inquiries, and adhering to safety and regulatory compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using dispatch and routing software, and other relevant technology tools
• Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve effectively
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
• Relevant experience in dispatching or logistics is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics or transportation is a plus
