Cogeco Connexion is seeking a Coordinator, Technical Distribution Center to join its team in Burlington, ON. This role is vital in supporting the smooth operation of Cogeco’s Technical Distribution Center (TDC), ensuring efficient processing, testing, refurbishing, and redeployment of equipment. The position requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and dedication to maintaining Cogeco’s service excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily duties in accordance with operational procedures, including use of test equipment and motorized vehicles.

• Test, validate, and determine conditions of returned equipment, assigning preliminary fault information for repair.

• Handle database and administrative tasks related to testing, refurbishing, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving.

• Fulfill orders for technicians, contractors, and storefronts including modems, digital boxes, phones, and literature.

• Process customer, contractor, and technician equipment returns.

• Salvage, sort, package, and label equipment and accessories for redeployment, further processing, or disposal.

• Participate in physical inventory counts, maintain workspace per 6S procedures, and adhere to health & safety standards.

• Ensure compliance with security protocols to safeguard TDC operations.

• Contribute to team goals, support colleagues, and maintain excellent customer service when addressing issues.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.

• 1–3 years of experience in a distribution centre or packaging environment.

• Forklift, pump truck, skid wrapper, Raymond Reach certification and experience preferred.

• Experience testing/validating equipment and knowledge of CATV materials is an asset.

• Exposure to Oracle Financial systems is an asset.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel), WHMIS, and MSDS.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and work in warehouse conditions.

• Flexibility with work hours to meet business needs.
