Role Overview: As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Strategic Partners at Arrive Logistics, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by managing key accounts and identifying new business opportunities, specifically focusing on full truckload transportation. You will work closely with both new and existing clients, leveraging your extensive experience in the transportation industry to cultivate strong relationships and expand the company's market footprint. This role requires both operational and procurement skills, as well as a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage your expertise to present Arrive Logistics to senior leadership at key regional accounts.

• Cultivate executive sponsorship and trust with industry, shipper, and market knowledge.

• Expand the company’s presence by developing custom solutions for new and existing clients.

• Contribute to business acquisition through consultative selling and creative strategies.

• Oversee the growth of Arrive’s largest accounts and implement processes to exceed client expectations.

• Negotiate rates and volumes with accounts for various transportation services.

• Own key growth metrics for your territory and lead Quarterly Business Review processes.

• Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) as needed.

• Address mission-critical issues and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Mentor junior sales team members as needed.

• Keep up-to-date with logistics, supply chain, and transportation industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Must be currently based in Canada (relocation assistance not provided).

• 7+ years of experience in the transportation industry.

• 5+ years in a supply chain or transportation role at a large shipper, with experience at a Fortune 500 company preferred.

• Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and management.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote role, with travel requirements up to 75%.

• Experience mentoring and collaborating with a team of executive customer relations professionals.
