Quantum Management Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in mechanical systems for commercial and institutional construction projects, with frequent travel to the United States. This opportunity is with a well-established Quebec-based firm renowned for its successful U.S. market presence.

In this pivotal role, the selected candidate will oversee project planning, logistics, cost control, and field execution. You will manage project lifecycles from initiation through closeout, ensuring technical compliance, budget alignment, and seamless stakeholder communication—all while navigating the nuances of international project management. This position requires advanced English proficiency to effectively collaborate across teams, regions, and cultural contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate commercial/institutional mechanical projects including logistics, scheduling, and cost control.

• Develop and monitor project schedules and critical paths.

• Interpret and manage contractual agreements to maximize profitability.

• Manage project scope changes and contractual addenda.

• Conduct site setup and participate in job site meetings during installation phases.

• Ensure all work complies with contractual terms and specifications.

• Escalate key issues to senior management when necessary.

• Deliver high-level customer service across multiple concurrent projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is an asset.

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in project execution and oversight within construction or industrial equipment sectors.

• Valid passport and ability to travel regularly to the United States.

• Strong command of English (written and spoken) is essential due to international responsibilities and cross-border collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Salary: Up to CAD 115000

• Bonus Program: Performance-based incentives
