Quantum Management Services Ltd. is hiring on behalf of a highly regarded private high school located in Pointe-Claire, seeking a dedicated and experienced Secondary French as a Second Language Teacher. Key Responsibilities:

• Teach French as a second (or first) language to high school students in accordance with the Quebec Ministry curriculum.

• Support students in their academic journey, preparing them for Ministry-level French exams.

• Provide individual guidance to students and foster personal development through mentorship and consistent academic engagement.

• Plan and facilitate extracurricular activities to encourage creativity, leadership, and community building.

• Collaborate actively with other teachers to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and vibrant learning environment.

• Participate in school-wide events, initiatives, and assemblies that enhance student engagement.

• Ensure a student-centered and empathetic educational atmosphere rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and care.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience at the secondary level in Quebec.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, preferably with a specialization in French.

• Valid Quebec teaching license (Brevet d’enseignement) – Mandatory.

• Familiarity with Quebec’s Ministry of Education standards and practices.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with students.

• Competitive monthly salary: CA$5,000 – CA$8,833 (depending on experience).
