JOELLE Collection, a fast-growing Quebec-based fashion brand established in 2016, specializes in creating intelligent fashion by designing accessible, high-quality women’s ready-to-wear clothing and accessories. The company is seeking a Commis D’Entrepôt / Shipping Clerk to join their dynamic and passionate team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all orders are accurately prepared, packaged, labeled, and shipped within the required timeframes. You will uphold the company’s mission of offering approachable designer fashion while contributing to its vision of becoming the most sought-after fashion destination in Quebec.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, pack, and label orders ensuring readiness for shipment.

• Guarantee that shipments meet established deadlines and quality standards.

• Promote and respect the company’s vision, mission, and values in all warehouse and shipping activities.

• Operate handling equipment to move parcels and store them in designated areas.

• Collaborate with operations, inventory management, and customer experience teams to maintain accurate stock records and report any discrepancies.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by following safety procedures and regulatory guidelines.

• Comply with company policies regarding warehouse operations and safety standards.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Methodical approach with effective priority management skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.

• Flexibility and adaptability to change.

• Autonomy and resourcefulness in work.

• Physical ability to work standing and lift weights up to 40 lbs.

• Experience in a similar warehouse or shipping role is a strong asset.
