Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead

Arrow Workforce Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead to join its dynamic team in Montréal-Nord, QC. This part-time weekend position requires a results-driven leader with strong supervisory experience, bilingual communication skills (French and English), and the ability to operate effectively in a high-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing operations, supporting staff, and ensuring client satisfaction while enforcing operational protocols and maintaining quality standards.

Work Schedule:

• Saturday and Sunday

• Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with client contacts to ensure service satisfaction.

• Understand and align with client business goals and operational standards.

• Enforce and update health and safety procedures regularly.

• Recruit, screen, and onboard new warehouse associates.

• Oversee different sections of the distribution center to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Monitor and report on attendance, productivity, turnover, and payroll data.

• Facilitate daily communication with warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations.

• Deliver ongoing training based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Handle and de-escalate workplace conflicts professionally.

• Stay current with recruitment trends to optimize hiring strategies during peak times.

• Adapt plans and manage resources amid staffing or operational fluctuations.

Candidate Profile:

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

• Previous supervisory experience is essential.

• Strong leadership and communication skills in both English and French.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Capable of working independently and meeting strict deadlines.

• Experience in recruitment and staffing is a significant asset.

• Familiarity with Uattend software is a plus.
