Master is seeking a Forklift Operator (REACH) to join their growing distribution team. Key Responsibilities:

• Material Handling: Operate a REACH forklift to handle HVAC materials such as compressors, ducts, and electrical units in a high-bay warehouse (up to 40 feet).

• Loading and Unloading: Safely load, unload, and organize inventory.

• Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners.

• Order Preparation: Prepare and package orders, ensuring correct items are selected using RF readers.

• Receiving and Verifying Goods: Receive and inspect goods, updating stock levels as necessary.

• Warehouse Support: Assist the warehouse team and contribute to a clean, safe work environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience operating a REACH forklift (mandatory).

• Certification: Valid forklift (REACH) certification.

• Comfort with Heights: Comfortable working at heights and operating camera-assisted navigation systems.

• HVAC Knowledge: Experience in HVAC is a plus, or willingness to learn.

• RF Scanners: Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory management.

• Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Teamwork: Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive approach to work.
