Role Overview:
Reporting to the CEO, the Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overall operational efficiency, rigorous team management, optimizing logistics flow, and organizing the warehouse. This role involves strategic and operational decision-making with a strong focus on execution.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and logistics

• Closely manage a team of employees with a strict approach to supervision, task assignment, and accountability

• Implement or improve inventory processes, quality control, and warehouse space optimization

• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations

• Identify bottlenecks and implement concrete solutions

• Actively participate in daily operational work – this is not a passive desk role

• Contribute to strategic planning and company growth

Profile Sought:

• Proven experience managing operations or logistics, ideally in distribution or warehousing

• Knowledge of medical equipment is a strong asset

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mobilize teams around well-defined priorities

• Highly engaged, dynamic personality with a strong work ethic and ability to sustain an intense pace

• Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement

• Autonomous, with good prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure

• Familiarity with management tools (Office Suite, Servex, Acomba, etc.) is a plus
