Arrow Workforce Solutions is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Merchandising Associate to join our team in Shawinigan, QC. This role is essential in ensuring that our merchandise is presented attractively and that our customers receive outstanding service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members. Shift available:

• 9PM to 5AM (Monday to Friday)
• 9PM to 5AM (Sunday to Thursday)

Pay Rate: $23-25 per hour (based on experience)

Location: Shawinigan, QC

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
• Conduct product rotation in the back of the store and product facing in the stalls.
• Assist in stocking shelves and ensuring products are adequately displayed.
• Assembly and Disassembly of Marketing setups.
• Tagging Products
• Clean and maintain the merchandising area to ensure a tidy shopping environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate merchandising efforts.
• Support retail sales initiatives by promoting products and assisting in promotional events.

Requirements

• Previous experience in merchandising is preferred.
• MUST speak French.
• MUST be able to repeatedly lift items of up to 100lbs
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of construction tools and materials would be an asset.
• Organizational skills and good attention to detail.
• Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
