Description:

Join Groupe Morneau’s team and take your career forward with new stimulating opportunities. Reporting to Edith Jalbert, Operations Supervisor, this full-time, on-site position in Québec offers a daytime schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with a starting pay up to $22.39 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan and file transportation documents accurately.

  • Update various information in the company’s IT systems.

  • Ensure that transport documents correspond correctly to shipments.

  • Perform basic data entry tasks efficiently.

  • Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Calculate activity reports and enter them into the computer system.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

  • Proficiency in computer use and software applications.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook).

  • Relevant education or experience in office or administrative fields is a plus.

  • Experience in the transportation sector is considered an asset.

  • Basic beginner-level English skills required for communication with suppliers, clients, and colleagues outside Quebec or anglophone employees.
