Service Refrigeration Technician

Description:

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking a Service Refrigeration Technician to perform maintenance, repair, and servicing of cold beverage equipment across designated locations. The technician will be responsible for ensuring all equipment operates at optimal efficiency, while maintaining strong client relationships and following company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration equipment on-site to ensure proper functioning.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and perform all mechanical services on cold beverage equipment.

• Manage vehicle inventory through Kaizen initiatives, including ordering supplies, conducting semi-annual inventory checks, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.

• Prepare equipment in accordance with company standards.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

• Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma (DEP) in Refrigeration, Electromechanics, or Appliance Servicing

• HVAC certification (an asset)

• Minimum 1–3 years of general technical experience

• Experience in plumbing, electromechanics, and refrigeration (an asset)

• Strong mechanical, technical, and electrical aptitude

• Basic computer skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years

• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) regularly

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting wage: 30.72 CAD/hour, with an increase of 2 CAD/hour after 12 months
