The Studio Coordinator plays a pivotal role within Cozey’s Creative Operations team, working closely with the Creative Producer and reporting to Danielle Caporale, Manager of Creative Operations. This position involves supporting all aspects of studio production—from coordinating photoshoots and managing marketing samples to overseeing equipment and maintaining efficient studio workflows. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about creative production and design.
Manage Marketing Sample Logistics: Coordinate the entire lifecycle of marketing samples for photoshoots, from ordering and receiving to organization and return, in collaboration with Product Development and Demand Planning teams.
Support Production Operations: Assist the Creative Producer in managing props, booking talent, securing locations, preparing call sheets, and scheduling production timelines to ensure smooth shoot execution.
Oversee Studio Equipment: Maintain and organize photo and video equipment, manage rental and purchasing processes, and ensure all equipment is ready for in-house and on-location shoots.
Studio Maintenance & Organization: Oversee the upkeep of the studio and ensure all areas are well-organized, functional, and production-ready at all times.
Vendor & Contractor Management: Assist in onboarding and training production vendors and contractors, while maintaining updated documentation and workflow guidelines for studio operations.
Budget Tracking: Support budget management by tracking expenses, processing invoices, and reconciling final production costs.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain digital photo and video assets using the Air Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring metadata accuracy and easy accessibility for marketing and cross-functional teams.
1–2 years of experience in coordination, studio management, or photo/video production.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Background knowledge of photography, video production processes, and studio lighting equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Shopify and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an asset.
Valid driver’s license (required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with creative teams and external partners.
