Randstad Canada is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Responsable des comptes clients (Client Account Manager) to join its Industrial Customer Service team in Ste-Foy, Québec. This is a pivotal role where you will directly contribute to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

In this position, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, handling their orders from initiation to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and smooth coordination between departments. You will manage client files, handle billing and payment follow-ups, and proactively monitor orders to resolve potential issues before they escalate. A key part of this role is to analyze performance data, prepare reports, and ensure continuous improvement of customer service standards.

This role requires proven experience in customer account management within a manufacturing or industrial environment, with strong skills in handling orders, project coordination, and maintaining client relationships. You must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where prioritization and problem-solving are critical. Proficiency in Excel and advanced English language skills are essential.

Randstad offers highly competitive conditions, including a base salary of CA$5833–CA$7500 per month, an annual performance-based bonus of up to 8%, 3–4 weeks of vacation, a flexible 40-hour work schedule (between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm), one day of remote work per week, and a comprehensive benefits package covering medical, dental, life, disability insurance, employer-matched retirement contributions (up to 7%), and telemedicine services.
