Description:
Easy2call is actively seeking a Senior Business Travel Consultant to join their dynamic and specialized team providing after-hours support to corporate travel agencies across multiple countries. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for professionals passionate about customer service and business travel, with strong command over GDS platforms.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate agility, in-depth travel systems knowledge, and exceptional client-handling skills—ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients even outside of normal agency hours.
Handle all incoming business travel requests (reservations, changes, cancellations, etc.) from corporate clients
Ensure top-quality service delivery across all interactions
Share your GDS knowledge and travel expertise with team members
Apply proactive problem-solving to deliver fast and effective travel solutions
Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Prior experience in corporate/business travel is mandatory
Proficiency in at least one major GDS system (Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport+) is essential
Strong understanding of travel agency processes and high-level client servicing
Fluent in French and/or English (depending on client region)
Comfortable working remotely and independently in high-pressure situations
Flexible hours between:
11:00 AM to 7:00 PM OR
5:00 PM to 1:00 AM (weekdays)
Weekend availability required
Additional compensation applies for non-standard hours
