Key Responsibilities include:
Planning, coordinating, and booking memorable travel experiences for clients, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, insurance, and more.
Using in-depth travel knowledge to provide expert recommendations tailored to customer needs.
Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), commission goals, and sales targets.
Creating accurate itineraries, invoices, and managing bookings across multiple systems.
Delivering exceptional customer service by listening attentively, offering trusted advice, and ensuring clients feel valued and supported.
Maintaining strong organizational skills to balance customer-facing responsibilities with administrative tasks.
Building long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or higher education.
At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, with a proven record of achieving targets.
Strong ability to upsell products and services.
International travel experience and passion for exploring the world.
Advanced computer literacy with ability to manage complex booking systems.
Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends.
Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
