Key Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, coordinating, and booking memorable travel experiences for clients, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, insurance, and more.

  • Using in-depth travel knowledge to provide expert recommendations tailored to customer needs.

  • Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), commission goals, and sales targets.

  • Creating accurate itineraries, invoices, and managing bookings across multiple systems.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by listening attentively, offering trusted advice, and ensuring clients feel valued and supported.

  • Maintaining strong organizational skills to balance customer-facing responsibilities with administrative tasks.

  • Building long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or higher education.

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, with a proven record of achieving targets.

  • Strong ability to upsell products and services.

  • International travel experience and passion for exploring the world.

  • Advanced computer literacy with ability to manage complex booking systems.

  • Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends.

  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
