About the Role:

As a Group Travel Coordinator within the "Zone Découverte" division, you will play a key role in planning and coordinating group travel and activities targeted at youth groups and day camps. Your mission will be to provide a turnkey service to clients, including personalized travel advice and seamless event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client portfolios with professionalism and care.

• Build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with clients.

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the booking process.

• Advise clients during their reservation journey, helping tailor travel and activity plans.

• Plan and coordinate activity bookings in collaboration with suppliers and partners.

• Oversee technical aspects of files, such as billing, contract management, and sharing relevant reservation information.

• Manage unforeseen issues or emergencies, including occasional evening or weekend availability.

• Continuously develop and follow up with client base to maximize sales opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Positive and enthusiastic attitude, especially in client interactions.

• Strong customer service focus and ability to create detailed travel itineraries.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.

• Quick learner, adaptable, and versatile in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skills.

• Experience in sales and customer service is essential.

• Excellent spoken and written French language skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills (tested).

• Good knowledge of English.

• Possession of the Travel Advisor certificate issued by the Office de protection du consommateur (OPC) is an asset.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• College diploma in travel agency, leisure, tourism, transport logistics, or any relevant field.

• Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience related to the role.

Working Conditions:

• Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week.

• Flexible work schedule between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

• Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.

• Immediate start.
