Description:

lululemon, a global innovator in performance apparel for yoga, running, and other athletic pursuits, is seeking Seasonal Educators for their Westmount store in Montreal. This role is foundational to lululemon’s retail success, focusing on delivering world-class guest experiences, educating customers on products, and representing the brand authentically. Seasonal Educators support the store during busy periods with a possibility of transition to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest (Customer) Experience

  • Engage with guests to provide a personalized, high-quality shopping experience.

  • Assess guests’ needs and provide tailored purchase and return solutions.

  • Deliver technical product education highlighting product benefits and value.

  • Execute market-relevant omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship-from-store) efficiently.

  • Move dynamically on the floor to attend to guest and store needs.

  • Gather guest feedback and partner with store leadership to address concerns.

Team Collaboration

  • Contribute to an inclusive, respectful team environment that celebrates differences.

  • Establish productive, supportive relationships with team members.

  • Collaborate with the team to optimize guest experience and support store operations.

Operations

  • Maintain product presentation standards (restocking, reorganizing, and relocating items).

  • Use in-store technology to support operations and enhance guest experiences.

  • Perform cleaning tasks to maintain store standards.

  • Follow safety policies to ensure a secure work environment.

  • Comply with applicable company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Able to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.

  • Ability to move around the store for most of the shift and lift up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Pay: $19.25 – $22.15/hour

  • Target Bonus: $2.00/hour

  • Total Target Pay: $21.25 – $24.15/hour
