The Full-Time Educator is a critical role that drives lululemon’s success by providing world-class guest experiences. Educators engage directly with guests, offer product education, and authentically communicate the company’s community and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience:

  • Interact with guests to ensure a high-quality experience, respecting their pace and needs.

  • Assess guests’ needs to provide personalized purchasing and return solutions.

  • Provide technical product education, explaining the value and benefits of products.

  • Facilitate seamless guest experiences via accurate transactions and execution of omnichannel programs (buy online/pick up in store, phone sales, ship-from-store).

  • Move dynamically on the sales floor to assist guests and attend to store needs.

  • Collect guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.

Working With Others:

  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.

  • Establish productive relationships with team members and collaborate to support store operations.

  • Support an engaging and inclusive culture for both team and guests.

Operations:

  • Perform product presentation, restocking, and merchandising duties.

  • Use in-store technology to support operations and enhance guest experience.

  • Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to safety policies.

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable laws/regulations.

Requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.

  • Minimum 18 years old.

  • Ability to travel to assigned store using personal transportation.

  • Willing to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Capable of working in an environment with bright lights and loud music.

  • Able to move around the store for most of the shift and lift boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).

  • High school diploma or equivalent is an asset.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base pay: $19.25 - $22.15/hour + $2/hour target bonus (total target $21.25 - $24.15/hour).
