Full Time Educator

Description:

lululemon is seeking a Full-Time Educator for its Mile-End store in Montreal. Educators are pivotal in delivering a world-class customer experience, providing expert product education, and authentically representing the lululemon community and culture. This role combines customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork to ensure a seamless and engaging guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with guests to provide personalized solutions, technical product education, and support for purchases and returns.

• Facilitate accurate and timely guest transactions and execute omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in store, ship from store).

• Dynamically move on the sales floor to meet guest and store needs while maintaining high standards of product presentation and cleanliness.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.

• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and supportive team environment.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

• Age 18+ with proof of right to work.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to work in bright, loud environments and move around the store for most of the shift.

• Ability to lift/move up to 13.6 kg (30 lb).

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $19.25 – $22.15/hour

• Target Bonus: $2/hour

• Total Target Base Pay: $21.25 – $24.15/hour
