Key Responsibilities

• Translate and adapt complex educational workflows from the French education system, ensuring alignment with local curriculum standards and pedagogy.

• Write fluently in both French and English, maintaining precision in educational terminology and tone.

• Provide cultural and contextual insights into the French education framework, including grading systems, classroom dynamics, and academic structures.

• Collaborate with reviewers, linguists, and AI experts to refine educational content and validate accuracy.

• Contribute to the training of AI systems by ensuring that generated educational materials reflect real-world teaching practices and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Advanced degree in Teaching, Pedagogy, or Education-related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2–6 years of professional teaching experience in France.

• Languages: Native-level fluency in French with strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Deep understanding of educational frameworks, curriculum design, and instructional methodologies in the French education system.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce nuanced, high-quality educational content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing rubrics, academic assessments, or curriculum materials.

• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or language model training processes is a plus.

Engagement Details

• Fully remote and asynchronous work structure.

• Approximately 20 hours per week for a 2-month contract.
