Educators form the foundation of lululemon’s success, responsible for delivering world-class guest experiences, providing expert product education, and embodying the brand’s community-driven culture. Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience:
Interact with guests to ensure an excellent and personalized experience.
Assess guests’ needs and provide tailored purchasing and return solutions.
Educate guests on product value and technical features.
Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experiences including omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pick up in store, phone sales).
Dynamically engage guests on the floor and respond to their needs promptly.
Receive and act on guest feedback in collaboration with store leadership.
Team Collaboration:
Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment.
Build supportive relationships with all team members.
Collaborate to optimize guest experience and support store operations.
Store Operations:
Perform product presentation tasks: restocking, destocking, relocating items, and maintaining store standards.
Use in-store technology to support operations and guest experiences.
Maintain cleanliness and a premium store environment.
Adhere to people safety policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:
Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Minimum age 18+.
Ability to travel to the assigned store using own transportation.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness to work in a store with bright lights, music, and moving through the store for most of the shift.
Ability to lift boxes up to 13.6 kg (30 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Prior retail or customer service experience is an asset.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base pay $19.25 – $22.15/hr + $2/hr target bonus → Total $21.25 – $24.15/hr.
