Night-shift Electromechanical Technician

Description:

TC Transcontinental, a leading North American company in flexible packaging, retail services, and printing, is seeking a skilled Électromécanicien – poste de nuit to join its Boucherville facility. The night-shift electromechanical technician will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment issues; performing necessary machine repairs; troubleshooting malfunctions; making adjustments and conducting routine maintenance to ensure smooth operations; supporting production activities to minimize downtime; analyzing failures and proposing solutions; participating in preventive maintenance programs; managing spare parts orders; and adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Candidates must be flexible, versatile, and well-organized, with good priority management skills, computer literacy, and the ability to read technical plans. Knowledge of the printing industry is considered an asset.

Work Schedule:

• Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (19:00–07:00)

• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (19:00–07:00)

• Week 3: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (19:00–07:00)

• Week 4: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (19:00–07:00)
