Network Deployment Specialist

Raas Infotek is urgently hiring a Network Deployment Specialist for a contract-based, on-site position located in Scarborough or the GTA region of Ontario. This role is ideal for experienced professionals in network infrastructure deployment and security vulnerability management, who are ready to take ownership of critical remediation and compliance tasks in a dynamic enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing infrastructure devices, conducting vulnerability assessments, ensuring network security compliance, and leading internal and external vulnerability remediation efforts. This role involves high-level communication and reporting responsibilities, including participation in security meetings with senior management, audit teams, and VPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute vulnerability management strategies including configuration, deployment, and remediation

• Generate and analyze Configuration Compliance reports, implementing action plans to address non-compliance

• Deploy and manage external/managed infrastructure devices

• Conduct security risk assessments and application vulnerability evaluations

• Lead all internal and external vulnerability remediation activities

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal vulnerabilities, coordinating with executive leadership and representing the business unit in security-focused meetings

• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and contribute to the continuous enhancement of network security posture

• Work hands-on with OEM devices, particularly Cisco equipment

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience in vulnerability and risk assessment

• Proven experience in remediating security vulnerabilities across large enterprise environments

• Familiarity with Configuration Compliance protocols and report analysis

• Expertise in working with OEM devices such as Cisco

• Ability to effectively communicate with senior executives, including audits and leadership discussions

• Solid understanding of complex enterprise network architectures

• Must be available for on-site work 5 days a week in Ontario (Scarborough/GTA)
