Senior Security Architect

🔐 Hiring: Senior Security Architect – Cyber Security | Toronto | Hybrid

We are seeking a highly experienced Cyber Security professional with 10+ years of experience who brings a strong combination of Cyber Security Incident Response (CSIRT/SOC) and hands-on Zero Trust implementation.
This is a senior role focused on execution, incident leadership, and cyber security programme maturity, not just strategy or architecture.

Must have:
✅ 10+ years of Cyber Security experience
✅ Recent CSIRT/SOC experience, including coordinating and managing cyber incidents ✅ Experience across the incident lifecycle: triage, coordination, recovery and post-incident reviews
✅ Experience developing incident response procedures, playbooks, policies and standards
✅ Strong incident communication, reporting and executive briefing experience
✅ Hands-on Zero Trust implementation, not just strategy/design
✅ Strong Identity amp; Access Management (IAM) expertise
✅ Hands-on experience with MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, PAM/PIM and Entra ID
✅ Zero Trust-aligned network security experience, including segmentation, secure access models and/or ZTNA
✅ Experience with the Microsoft security ecosystem, including Defender, Sentinel and Entra ID
✅ Experience assessing security environments, identifying gaps and implementing practical controls
