🎯Must Have:
🔹10+ years of experience as a designer and developer for large-scale, multi-client web applications.  
🔹Extensive hands-on Java development experience with Oracle, SQL, or comparable relational databases.  
🔹Significant experience with REST APIs, RESTful web services, microservice architecture, and internet-ready applications.  
🔹Experience with security gateways and protocols (JSON Web Tokens, OAuth 2.0, SSL certificates, secure communications, and identity integration).  

🎓Experience:
🔹Translating technical system specifications into working, tested applications.  
🔹Applying microservice architecture principles for extensibility and maintainability.  
🔹Using Azure DevOps (or comparable tools) for work management, source control, build, testing, and deployment.  
🔹Eliciting and documenting information from business stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and architects.  

✅Skills:
🔹Technical: Java, Oracle/SQL, REST APIs, Microservices, JSON Web Tokens, OAuth 2.0, 🔹Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies.  
🔹Architecture: Object-oriented design, design patterns, refactoring, and clean code principles.  
🔹Soft Skills: Strong written/verbal communication, analytical thinking, systematic problem-solving, and cross-functional team collaboration.  
🔹Public Sector: Knowledge of Ontario Public Service development standards, governance, security, and accessibility.
