🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
✅ Conduct business process analysis and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
✅ Translate business requirements into functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
✅ Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, configuration, and integrations.
✅ Support Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
✅ Develop test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
✅ Manage defects, identify risks, and recommend process improvements.
✅ Create training materials and maintain system documentation.
✅ Work closely with business, technology, legal, and security teams.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience.
✔️ Strong experience in Capital Markets.
✔️ Expertise in requirements gathering, mapping, and functional documentation.
✔️ Experience facilitating analysis and design sessions.
✔️ Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
✔️ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
