Software Engineer who is still hands-on and can independently architect, build and own complex production applications.

What we’re looking for:
• 15+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong, recent PHP & Laravel experience
• JavaScript/TypeScript with exposure to Node.js & React
• Strong system design, architecture and scalability experience
• Proven ability to independently own complex projects from design through production
• AWS/cloud and modern CI/CD experience
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or Codex
• Strong engineering judgment around architecture trade-offs, testing, backward compatibility and production reliability
• Comfortable participating in a paid on-call rotation
