🚀 WE’RE HIRING: Senior Data Architect | Toronto, Canada
📍 Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 days/week in downtown Toronto

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Architect to lead the design of a modern data platform using Databricks, Delta Lake, Snowflake, and Azure.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Architect Bronze/Silver/Gold (Medallion) data pipelines.
- Design Kimball dimensional models, star schemas, and SCD Type I/II.
- Build scalable ingestion pipelines for Genesys A3S Snowflake, Verint WFM, REST APIs, and vendor feeds.
- Optimize Spark SQL, PySpark, Delta Lake, and Azure Data Factory workflows.
- Establish data quality, reconciliation, incremental loading, and recovery standards.
- Lead legacy-to-modern platform migration and parallel-run validation.

✅ Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years in Data Architecture / Data Engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on Databricks, Delta Lake, and Snowflake/API ingestion.
- Strong Kimball modeling, T-SQL, Spark SQL, Python/PySpark, and Azure expertise.
- Experience with high-volume, production-grade data platforms.
