🔹Core Development: Hands-on experience developing complex enterprise/public-facing applications using Java.  
🔹Full-Stack Components: Expertise in UI, APIs, microservices, business logic, and databases.  
🔹Cloud & DevOps: Experience deploying cloud-based solutions (Microsoft Azure), API patterns, automated deployments, configuration management, and monitoring.  
🔹Testing & Quality: Skilled in automated testing (UI, API, Unit, DB) and secure coding standards.  

⭐Nice Have
🔹Prior OPS or public sector exp.  

🎓Experience:
🔹Developing and maintaining complex Java enterprise applications.  
🔹Translating specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria into working software.  
🔹Developing UIs, APIs, integration services, business logic, and DB components.  
🔹Building automated unit, integration, API, DB, and UI tests.  
🔹Developing/deploying cloud-based microservices on Azure with CI/CD pipelines & monitoring.  
🔹Code reviews, enforcing dev/security standards, and troubleshooting complex defects.  
🔹Supporting deployments, production readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.  
🔹Leading team solution design, technical direction, and cross-functional mentoring.  

✅General Skills:
🔹Design, develop, test, and maintain Java application components.  
🔹Build cloud-based Azure microservices and automated tests.  
🔹Participate in solution design, technical planning, and sprint estimation.  
🔹Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
