This role is ideal for experienced mortgage professionals who thrive on helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership through personalized advice and solutions.

As a Mobile Mortgage Advisor, you will leverage your banking expertise to meet with clients at their convenience—virtually or in person—to provide tailored mortgage advice and financial guidance. You will play a vital role in helping clients secure their financial futures through trusted advice, exceptional service, and community connections.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences through meaningful interactions.

• Meet clients on their schedule—virtually or in person—to discuss mortgage and financial planning solutions.

• Collaborate with banking centre teams to provide comprehensive financial advice.

Business Development:

• Develop a deep understanding of the local real estate market and identify potential client opportunities.

• Create and execute a proactive sales plan to convert leads into loyal CIBC clients.

• Build and maintain strong networks with internal and external partners, including realtors and community organizations.

Community Involvement:

• Represent CIBC in the local community to build brand trust and attract new clients.

• Establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders and referral sources to generate business opportunities.
