Description:

CIBC is looking for motivated and relationship-oriented professionals to join its Personal and Business Banking team as Mobile Mortgage Advisors in the Westside and Richmond area of Vancouver. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping clients achieve their home ownership goals through personalized financial solutions and expert mortgage advice.

As a Mobile Mortgage Advisor, you’ll work independently and have the flexibility to meet clients where and when it’s most convenient for them—virtually or in-person. You’ll represent CIBC’s commitment to client-focused service, ensuring every interaction adds value and builds trust. This position is commission-based, with additional benefits and rewards designed to recognize your hard work and success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with clients, offering tailored mortgage advice and end-to-end support throughout their home ownership journey.

  • Business Development: Identify local market opportunities, create sales strategies, and convert leads into loyal CIBC clients. Use your networking and relationship-building skills to grow your client base.

  • Community Involvement: Actively engage with real estate agents, brokers, and community networks to strengthen referral channels and expand your professional reach.

  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Banking Centre colleagues, to provide clients with comprehensive financial and mortgage planning solutions.

  • Client Experience: Deliver exceptional client service, focusing on trust, transparency, and long-term relationship building.
