Litigation Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Lawyer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and a proven ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Handle a variety of litigation matters from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, conducting questionings, and appearing in court.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with procedural rules.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.
   

Qualifications:
 

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
• 3–5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
