Key Responsibilities:

• Bring and manage an existing client base (book of business) within your area of specialization.

• Engage in complex legal transactions, offering strategic counsel and effective representation.

• Leverage the firm's resources to expand your practice and client reach.

Required Qualifications:

• Active membership with the Alberta Bar.

• Demonstrated experience in Corporate, Bankruptcy/Insolvency, or Commercial Real Estate Law.

• Proven track record with a book of business and a portfolio of high-value client engagements.

• Strong legal writing, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and business development capabilities.
