LJT Avocats Lawyers, a well-established and dynamic multidisciplinary law firm based in Montreal, is currently seeking a junior business lawyer (Avocat(e) junior en droit des affaires) with 1 to 3 years of experience to join their team. This opportunity allows you to be part of an experienced and highly respected team managing large-scale and stimulating files for a privileged clientele consisting mainly of pharmacy owners and entrepreneurs.

In this role, you will actively participate in challenging mandates such as:

• Purchase and sale of pharmacies

• Ownership interests and divestitures of pharmacists

• Negotiation of shareholder agreements

• Managing relationships with banners and franchisors

The ideal candidate should be versatile, well-organized, and demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. A high proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken, is essential.
