Raas Infotek is currently hiring for the role of Deskside Support based in Esterhazy, SK. This is an on-site, contract-based position ideal for IT professionals with hands-on expertise in desktop support and enterprise IT systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support in a Windows 10/11 environment. Core duties include troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues, maintaining end-user devices, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. You will be expected to utilize Active Directory for user account provisioning, group management, and password resets, as well as SCCM for software deployments, patch management, and remote support tasks. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is required for managing incidents, service requests, and change control processes.
