Description:

Re-Source Intégration is a social economy enterprise employing over 200 people, many of whom have functional limitations such as intellectual disabilities, physical limitations, or mental health conditions. The organization operates in assembly, packaging, industrial subcontracting, retail (through three stores and an online platform), and essential oil production via its cedar waste collection program, Cèdres Recyclés.

As the Human Resources Director, you will play a key role in aligning HR processes with the company's operational objectives, ensuring the attraction, retention, and development of top talent. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and succession planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to optimize workforce management.
  • Oversee the HR team’s operational management.
  • Advise and support managers on HR matters, including conflict resolution, policies, procedures, performance management, and compensation.
  • Support and guide employees in upholding the company’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Create and implement talent attraction and retention programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, occupational health and safety (OHS), and pay equity regulations.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration (HR specialization preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with current HR trends and best practices.
  • Being a member of the CRHA (Chartered Human Resources Advisor) is an asset.
