As a Senior Business and Systems Analyst – Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in evolving and managing the Human Resources modules within the Oracle Fusion ERP system. Reporting to the Head of IT Solutions Delivery, you will translate business requirements into innovative solutions and provide functional support to users while continuously enhancing processes and sharing best practices across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the evolution of Oracle Fusion HR modules by defining the vision with stakeholders and planning relevant projects.

  • Collect, analyze, and document business requirements to develop effective Oracle Fusion-based solutions.

  • Configure modules, perform regression tests, and coordinate system changes.

  • Provide functional support, address user inquiries, and develop training plans.

  • Facilitate change adoption for new concepts, processes, and regulations within HR systems.

  • Promote best practices, identify value-added solutions, and oversee their deployment.

  • Maintain updated documentation and support functional improvements.

  • Identify optimization opportunities and perform technological and functional monitoring.


Qualifications and Skills

  • 7–10 years of experience in ERP system management, particularly Oracle Fusion HCM (HR Core, Absences, OTL, Recruitment modules).

  • University degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources; Oracle Fusion certification is an asset.

  • Knowledge in business analysis or CRHA certification is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of integrated enterprise systems and HR processes.

  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in French and English (Spanish is an asset).

  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to simplify processes.

  • Experience in ERP implementation or project management (traditional and/or agile approaches).
