Inacre Conseil inc is currently recruiting for a Partenaire d'affaires RH (Human Resources Business Partner) on behalf of a nationally recognized client. This role is ideal for HR professionals who want to work autonomously in a supportive, professional environment where their comprehensive HR expertise is respected and valued. The candidate will support the organization's divisions in aligning human resource practices with business objectives and values.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Human Resources and various departmental directors to implement and maintain people-centered strategies that foster performance, retention, and engagement.
This position can be based out of Victoriaville or Brossard with a minimum on-site presence of two days per week, and the rest of the work can be performed remotely.
Act as a strategic advisor to managers in the areas of skills development and team performance
Serve as the primary contact for labor relations, employee concerns, and union representation
Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary case follow-ups
Support the development and implementation of HR strategies for talent retention and attraction
Assist recruitment teams in filling strategic roles
Collaborate on projects promoting employee engagement and employer branding
Monitor best HR practices and recommend improvements
Foster and support a healthy, positive, and motivating workplace culture
University degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate HR advisory role
Bilingualism: French with a minimum English proficiency of 3 out of 5
Strong communication and interpersonal influence skills
Solution-oriented mindset and excellent organizational abilities
Flexible work schedule: 37.75 hours per week
Hybrid work mode (up to 3 days/week remote)
Choice of working from Victoriaville or Brossard
