Biron Health Group is seeking a dynamic and versatile Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead strategic and operational recruitment efforts. This dual-role opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about both high-volume healthcare hiring and targeted recruitment for specialized corporate roles.

As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will play a vital role in driving Biron’s organizational success. You’ll not only handle the full cycle of recruitment but also participate in shaping and optimizing the company’s talent attraction strategies using cutting-edge tools and methodologies.

Core Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Operations:

  • Manage the complete recruitment process from job posting to final hire, including screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, onboarding coordination, and contracts.

  • Respond rapidly to urgent high-volume staffing needs, especially in healthcare and support roles such as receptionists.

  • Collaborate closely with managers to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies and hiring objectives.

Strategy & Innovation:

  • Recommend actionable improvements in recruitment practices.

  • Implement modern and efficient tools for candidate selection, leveraging HR technologies, behavioral assessments, and candidate experience strategies.

  • Utilize social media, HR marketing, and analytics to enhance employer branding and improve recruitment performance.

Partnerships & Experience:

  • Work closely with cross-functional partners including HR, Marketing, Communications, and management teams across departments.

  • Build strong relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and external partners.

  • Ensure a smooth, human, and engaging candidate experience from the initial interaction to hiring.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

  • 6–8 years of solid experience in talent acquisition.

  • Deep knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and candidate sourcing.

  • Membership in the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA or CRIA) is considered an asset.

  • High standards of professionalism, efficiency, and customer service orientation.

  • Comfortable managing both high-volume and strategic roles in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong adaptability, resourcefulness, and ability to manage stress effectively.
