Groupe Montpetit, a well-established legal recruitment firm, is seeking a Director of Legal Talent – Professional Development to join a prestigious law firm in Montreal. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support the integration, professional development, and performance of legal professionals.

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including coordination with universities for internship programs.

• Design and implement programs that enhance engagement and talent retention.

• Develop and execute professional development and wellness programs.

• Act as a key point of contact for new hires regarding career development.

• Collaborate with firm leadership and internal services to optimize human, material, and operational resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law required.

• Proven experience in professional-level talent management, preferably within a law firm.

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English.

• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Demonstrated discretion and professionalism.
