Description:

Airbus Atlantique Canada Inc. is seeking a Quality Analyst Representative (Evenings) to join its Mirabel-based Quality team. Reporting to the Quality Supervisor of the A220 Program, the role involves acting as a client representative to support pre-delivery activities for products delivered from the Mirabel site.

The Customer Quality Representative (CQR) is responsible for establishing and implementing validation stages with Operations and Operational Quality before delivery to ensure compliance with Airbus customer requirements during final assembly line (FAL) and pre-flight inspections. This role is critical in maintaining Airbus’s commitment to high-quality standards, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive units from operations/quality during handover (pre-delivery or certification phase – Certificate of Conformity)

  • Validate that previously identified customer complaints are addressed through the Customer Protection Dashboard (TPC)

  • Confirm results of final FOD (Foreign Object Debris) inspections before delivery

  • Ensure closure of open items such as concessions, repair instructions, and finishing tasks

  • Validate "white gloves" inspections and perform visual "skin care" inspections as required

  • Prepare and deliver performance reports during client validation stages

  • Support and coach production teams on effective corrective and preventive measures, and anomaly reduction plans

  • Participate in weekly client quality reviews and daily calls

  • Ability to work independently in a demanding environment

Working Conditions:

  • Evening shift role based at the Mirabel facility

  • Involves hands-on inspection and validation activities in both office and workshop environments

  • Requires high attention to detail and consistent adherence to compliance standards
