Description:
Airbus Atlantique Canada is seeking an experienced Quality Analyst (Evening Shift) to join their A220 Program Quality Team in Mirabel. In this role, you will act as a Customer Quality Representative (CQR), ensuring that all pre-delivery stages meet Airbus customer requirements before final delivery to airlines.
As the Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for receiving units from operations/quality during the handover phase, validating final inspections, resolving customer-reported anomalies, supporting pre-flight checks, and ensuring compliance with Airbus quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect aircraft units during the pre-delivery or certification (CofC) phase.
Validate resolution of customer complaints through the Client Protection Board (TPC).
Conduct and verify final FOD (Foreign Object Debris) inspections.
Ensure closure of all open points (deviations, repair ranges, finishing tasks, etc.).
Validate "white gloves" inspections and perform visual "skin care" checks when required.
Draft and deliver performance reports related to client stages.
Provide coaching and support to production teams for implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Participate in weekly customer quality reviews and daily calls.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication skills with both shop floor employees and clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-demand aerospace production environment.
Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity.
