Customer Quality Representative

 

Description:

Airbus Atlantique Canada is seeking an experienced Quality Analyst (Evening Shift) to join their A220 Program Quality Team in Mirabel. In this role, you will act as a Customer Quality Representative (CQR), ensuring that all pre-delivery stages meet Airbus customer requirements before final delivery to airlines.

As the Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for receiving units from operations/quality during the handover phase, validating final inspections, resolving customer-reported anomalies, supporting pre-flight checks, and ensuring compliance with Airbus quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect aircraft units during the pre-delivery or certification (CofC) phase.

  • Validate resolution of customer complaints through the Client Protection Board (TPC).

  • Conduct and verify final FOD (Foreign Object Debris) inspections.

  • Ensure closure of all open points (deviations, repair ranges, finishing tasks, etc.).

  • Validate "white gloves" inspections and perform visual "skin care" checks when required.

  • Draft and deliver performance reports related to client stages.

  • Provide coaching and support to production teams for implementing corrective and preventive actions.

  • Participate in weekly customer quality reviews and daily calls.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills with both shop floor employees and clients.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-demand aerospace production environment.

  • Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity.
