Description:
Maca Marketing, experts in marketing strategy, branding, and creative project management, is looking for a Business Development Strategist. This role is pivotal in maintaining client relationships, managing business opportunities, and coordinating proposals with the team. The position will play a key role in driving growth for the company through strong client relationships and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Identify client needs and recommend solutions aligned with their goals.
Ensure timely follow-up on proposals sent to clients.
Actively participate in prospecting new business opportunities (approximately 40% prospecting / 60% account management).
Order Management:
Enter orders into the internal system.
Coordinate with the creative team to validate proofs when necessary.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams for project execution.
Visual and Strategic Support for Proposals:
Contribute to the creation of proposals that align with Maca Marketing's brand image.
Collaborate with the design team to deliver professional and impactful presentation documents.
CRM and Data Management:
Maintain up-to-date client data in the CRM system.
Structure information to optimize follow-up, analysis, and strategic planning.
Required Profile:
Experience in business development, customer service, or sales (B2B or agency is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Comfortable with CRM tools and customer relationship management.
Team player with a proactive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a creative, agile, and growing environment.
Fluent in spoken and written French; English is a plus.
