Description:
Coach, a leading international fashion house founded in New York in 1941, is looking for a Sales Support Associate II to join its team in Mirabel, Quebec. This role is central to the operational success and efficiency of the store, providing essential support in sales, cashiering, stock management, and customer service. The associate embodies the brand’s commitment to delivering warm, authentic, and efficient service, ensuring seamless customer experiences from checkout to the sales floor.

Cashier:
Greet customers warmly with direct eye contact and authentic interactions.
Identify customer needs and provide additional sales suggestions.
Collect customer emails/names as permitted by law.
Operate the cash register accurately and maintain its cleanliness.
Manage cash and payment media according to company policies.
Promote gift cards and thank customers sincerely to encourage return visits.
Stockroom/Warehouse:
Receive and process deliveries and transfers.
Inform management of new arrivals and discrepancies.
Organize, clean, and maintain the stockroom daily.
Reorganize stock based on sales and new product arrivals.
Manage stock levels both in-store and in the stockroom.
Participate in cycle and physical inventories.
Sales Floor:
Regularly assess replenishment needs and restock assigned areas.
Provide accurate product information (pricing, availability, features).
Assist with visual merchandising updates as needed.
Support sales activities and maintain a clean and organized environment.
Operations:
Execute daily operational tasks (cleaning, visual, cash handling, etc.).
Follow company policies on operations, cash handling, and loss prevention.
Utilize Coach technology tools to enhance customer loyalty and meet goals.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is an asset).
Experience: 1–3 years in sales, preferably in luxury retail.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems, basic computer and iPad skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 5 lbs frequently and occasionally up to 50 lbs; comfortable climbing ladders and reaching high shelves.
Schedule: Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and peak retail seasons (e.g., Thanksgiving, Mother’s Day, Christmas Eve).
