Installed at over 60 locations across Canada, these pods help organizations enhance employee focus, mental health, and overall performance.

The company is seeking a Business Development Manager (Responsable Développement des Affaires) to help expand its market presence, especially outside Quebec. The selected candidate will develop strategic outreach plans, identify new client opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. Working remotely, this individual will be at the forefront of a mission that contributes positively to workplace health, burnout prevention, and sustainable workplace cultures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute business development strategies to expand Recharjme’s market presence.

  • Identify and prospect new clients within targeted industries and regions.

  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and discovering new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market demand.

  • Represent Recharjme at conferences, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to guide strategic decisions.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an asset.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.

  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is essential. Mastery of English is particularly important for developing markets outside Quebec.

  • Basic proficiency with CRM tools and office suites.
