This role is pivotal in expanding NCR Voyix’s market presence within Canadian sectors such as food, drug, mass merchant, and specialty retail. The Business Development Manager will design and implement advanced lead generation strategies, nurture strategic client relationships, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to secure new business.

Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of exceeding sales and revenue goals in the SaaS or related technology industries. A consultative selling approach, analytical mindset, and expertise in managing multiple accounts are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-level lead generation campaigns targeting high-value Canadian retail clients

  • Manage and enhance relationships with strategic prospects and improve client engagement processes

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine and execute customer acquisition strategies

  • Use data analytics to identify business opportunities and inform strategic decisions

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team to achieve and surpass business development objectives

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably in SaaS or technology

  • Demonstrated leadership with a history of driving business growth

  • Expert negotiation, communication, and account management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven SaaS industry experience and understanding of retail sector needs

  • Ability to craft and implement innovative growth strategies

  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making and analytics

  • History of exceeding performance and revenue targets

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives
