JOELLE Collection, a fast-growing Québec-based fashion brand founded in 2016, specializes in designer-inspired yet accessible ready-to-wear women’s clothing and accessories. Dedicated to empowering individuals to express themselves through their personal style, JOELLE is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Commis d’Entrepôt to join its dynamic team in Trois-Rivières.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared, packaged, labeled, and shipped within the required timelines while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will play a key part in keeping the warehouse operations smooth, collaborating with the operations, inventory management, and customer experience teams to ensure accurate stock control and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, package, and label customer orders ensuring they are ready for shipment within deadlines

• Ensure shipments comply with company quality standards and delivery schedules

• Operate handling equipment to move and store packages appropriately

• Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies to management

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures and regulations

• Promote and uphold the company’s mission, vision, and values in all warehouse-related activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational flow

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Methodical approach and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Previous warehouse or shipping experience is a strong asset

• Ability to adapt to changes and work independently with resourcefulness

• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 40 lbs

• Commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures
