Retail Floor Supervisor

Description:

Coach, a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941 and part of Tapestry, Inc., is seeking a Lead Supervisor I for its Mirabel, QC location. This role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in driving sales, coaching staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional client experiences aligned with Coach’s values of inclusivity, courage, and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting sales targets and training team members to deliver exceptional service.

• Implementing sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.

• Managing floor supervision to optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Leading team productivity and holding individuals accountable for performance.

• Strengthening client loyalty and representing the brand in local events.

• Coaching, developing, and motivating team members on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Recruiting and onboarding new team members when required.

• Ensuring compliance with Coach retail policies and operational standards.

• Basic computer skills (iPad, POS, laptop).

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Mother’s Day).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.

• 1–3 years of retail experience (luxury fashion experience preferred).

• Familiarity with fashion trends and competitor landscape.
